Mission

The Greater Oakland Business Association (GOBA) supports and promotes local businesses to drive economic growth and enhance community well-being. Through marketing, outreach, and collaboration, we create opportunities for business growth, connections, and a thriving local economy.

GOBA is composed of and serves the interests of the entire Oakland, Maryland business community. The organization serves as the management authority for the Oakland Commercial District. All Oakland businesses are members and businesses outside of town limits may voluntarily associate.
